had been looking at micro homes over the last year for kicks and giggles and discovered that this (http://www.inhabitat.com/2005/08/22/micro-mini-home/)euro model is available with all bells and whistles in stainless steel for about 50K euros.
Of course, you could simply get a old copy of Mother Earth News, look up this article (http://www.motherearthnews.com/Green-Homes/1995-04-01/The-World-of-the-Microhouse.aspx?page=8) and send away for the author's plans. You make your own and it costs less.
If I remember, this article has some good ideas for cutting costs, such as using old Styrofoam packing crap as insulation for your teeny home.
